Network Yacht Brokers Mallorca - Compraventa de yates en Palma

Network Yacht Brokers Mallorca is the Palma office of Network Yacht Brokers, a yacht brokerage network that has been operating in Europe for more than 25 years, with offices in the United Kingdom and several European countries. From its location at Carrer de Monsenyor Palmer, 1, next to the Paseo Marítimo, it helps buyers and sellers find pre-owned yachts and sailboats in any port in Mallorca.

How They Sell Your Boat

The Mallorca office is committed to presenting each boat in great detail so that the buyer can get to know it before traveling:

• Drone footage of the boat underway or in port.
• 360° virtual tours of the interior and deck.
• Narrated videos providing a guided tour of the boat.
• Listings on 20 platforms: 18 focused on the European market and 2 with global reach.

For a seller, this means reaching buyers across Europe without having to show the boat over and over again to casual visitors; for the buyer, it means being able to rule out or shortlist boats remotely.

Services

• Sale of used motor yachts and sailboats.
• Assistance for buyers in finding a boat at the island’s marinas.
• Transaction management backed by our European network of offices.

Why Choose Mallorca to Buy or Sell

Mallorca is home to one of the largest recreational fleets in Spain and the western Mediterranean. This has two practical implications:

For Buyers	For Sellers
Many options in a small area: you can view several boats in a single trip	Lots of competition: presentation and price make all the difference
Good dry docks and experts for inspections	International buyers who value remote information
Easy access by plane from all over Europe	A broker with a European network expands your reach

Steps in a Sale

1. Valuation of the boat compared to similar boats on the market.
2. Preparation: cleaning, minor repairs, and documentation.
3. Ad creation: photos, drone footage, 360° views, and video.
4. Promotion on listing sites and showings with interested buyers.
5. Offer and reservation contract with a deposit.
6. Inspection and sea trial at the buyer’s expense.
7. Closing: payment, transfer of ownership, and delivery of the boat.

Tips for Sellers

• Have the boat ready to sail: a trouble-free sea trial speeds up the closing process.
• Gather the documentation before listing: this prevents delays when a buyer shows up.
• Be flexible with viewings: many buyers come to the island for just a few days.

Buying Remotely with More Information

Many yacht buyers in Mallorca live in another country. Narrated videos, drone footage, and 360° tours allow buyers to make an initial selection from home and travel only to view the boats that truly meet their needs, with the sea trial and expert inspection already arranged. This makes the most of a short trip to the island and reduces fruitless visits.
