At Náutica GDR, we are specialists in maritime safety based in Palma de Mallorca, founded in 1975. For nearly 50 years, we have been serving recreational boats, commercial vessels, fishing boats, and some of the most iconic superyachts and cruise ships in the Mediterranean, establishing ourselves as a trusted leader in marine safety in the Balearic Islands.

Our technical team is trained and certified directly by the manufacturers of the equipment we inspect, and we operate in accordance with current national and international regulations. We are ISO 9001 certified and an approved supplier of Lloyd’s Register.

Our services include:

• Life-saving equipment — inspection, repair, and certification of life rafts, life jackets, and personal safety equipment for all types of vessels
• Rescue boats — inspection, repair, and certification of rescue boats in accordance with national and international regulations
• Firefighting equipment — inspection of fire extinguishers, fixed systems, and onboard fire protection equipment
• Inflatable and RIBs — repair of inflatable and rigid-hulled inflatable boats (RIBs) from the industry’s most recognized brands
• Radio equipment — inspection of EPIRBs, PLBs, radio beacons, and emergency communication equipment
• Transportation — pickup and delivery service for equipment inspections, so the owner doesn’t have to travel
• Safety Equipment Sales — online and in-store sales of life rafts, life jackets, pyrotechnics, MOB systems, radio equipment, and IMO signaling devices from brands such as Zodiac, Viking, Crewsaver, ACR, McMurdo, Simrad, and many more

Customers are welcome to visit our workshop during inspections to familiarize themselves with their safety equipment and our service.
