Náutica Carlos is a marine mechanics and electronics repair shop located in the Estepona Industrial Park, in operation since 2000. It is an authorized service center for Volvo Penta, Mercury MerCruiser, Yanmar, and Honda, enabling it to offer diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with a manufacturer’s warranty for a very wide range of marine engines.

Main Services

• Engine Mechanics: routine maintenance and repair of inboard and outboard engines from the brands we represent (Volvo Penta, Mercury, Yanmar, Honda), as well as other common manufacturers: Cummins, Yamaha, and Caterpillar. They have brand-specific diagnostic tools to accurately pinpoint electronic malfunctions.
• Nautical electronics: installation and calibration of navigation equipment: chartplotters, depth sounders, radars, autopilots, VHF radios, and AIS systems. They provide advice on the most appropriate configuration based on the type of boating and the size of the boat.
• Antifouling: preparation of the underwater hull (cleaning, sanding, priming) and application of antifouling paint. They recommend the most suitable type of paint based on the sailing area and the amount of time the boat spends in the water.
• Storage and Safekeeping: a secure, monitored dry storage service for boats, with periodic inspections. Ideal for the winter months or for boat owners who do not live near the marina.
• ITB Management: Coordination and preparation of the vessel for the Technical Inspection of Vessels (ITB), including the necessary documentation and a preliminary check of all systems.
• Winterization: Full-service preparation of the boat for winter: oil change, fuel treatment, engine protection, electrical system inspection, and boat cover.
