Menorca Blava - Excursiones en barco desde Ciutadella
Boat tours of the coves in southern Menorca since 1979, with paella served on board
About us
Menorca Blava organizes boat tours along the southern coast of Menorca from the old port of Ciutadella. It is a 100% Menorcan, family-owned company, a pioneer in boat tours since 1979, and its passion for the sea has been passed down from generation to generation. It sells directly, without intermediaries, and takes you to coves that are inaccessible by car or that fill up first thing in the morning during the summer.

Why Take a Boat to the Southern Coves
The unspoiled coves in southern Menorca, such as Macarella, Turqueta, and Son Saura, have limited capacity, and in the summer, the parking lots fill up early. From the sea, you arrive without having to look for parking or walk, you can see several coves in a single day, and you can swim in waters that don’t look the same from the beach. It’s a great outing for young and old alike.
Tips for making the most of your day
- Arrive early: boarding closes 5 minutes before departure.
- Bring snorkel goggles for Cala Turqueta, which has great underwater scenery.
- Put on sunscreen before boarding and wear a T-shirt: the sun is stronger out at sea.
- If you get seasick, stand in the middle of the boat and look toward the horizon.
What to Choose?
- Want to see the best of the south in one day without worrying about a thing: full-day excursion with paella.
- If you’re traveling with young children or are short on time: a morning or afternoon cruise.
- For a celebration or large group: a private boat.
