How to Choose the Fabric

• Acrylic marine fabric: breathable, UV-resistant, the most common choice for biminis and sprayhoods.
• Clear PVC windows: some varieties are stiffer and less prone to scratching.
• UV-resistant thread: the first thing to fail on a cheap canvas is the stitching.
• Colors: Light colors retain less heat; dark colors hide dirt better.

• Rinse with fresh water after outings with heavy salt spray.
• Lubricate the zippers at the beginning and end of the season.
• Clean the windows using only water and a soft cloth.
• Store the cover dry to prevent mold.
